OLYMPIC PERSPECTIVE: Celebration of Sport ~ Celebration of Life

The crowning vision of Total Ball is for it to become an Olympic sport, or at least an exhibition sport, by the 2020 Olympics bringing along its fundamental ideal of an egalitarian and benevolent society.

Through a disciplined and well-organized effort, adhering to the athletic and humanitarian ideals of Total Ball and keeping a historical perspective on the development of sport, it is very likely that Total Ball will become an Olympic sport in a short time period. 

Basketball took 45 years to become an Olympic sport – from 1891 to 1936.  The first rules for soccer were established in 1863, and it did not become popular around the world until the turn of the century.  The dream is big but bigger still is the belief in the power of sport to create a better world and leave a rich legacy for future generations.
